Reflection
This year spanish has been up and down for me. I started of not enjoying and and not wanting to learn it. I felt that I struggled a lot more than most of my classmates. Eventually I got into the hang of it and started to engage myself more and enjoy the class and the learning process more. The most powerful lesson I have learned over this year's spanish class is that if I actually put my head down and focused I wasn't as bad with spanish as I had thought. My biggest challenge this year was applying myself to the learning. I never really felt like I was learning a whole lot because I wasn't applying myself as much as I could have. I slightly overcame this at the end of the year by startein to engage and enjoy it more. My biggest success this year was one kahoot we had. I didn't really think I had taken as much content in as the rest of my class but when we started the kahoot I was getting all the answers right. Realized that if I tried my best to remember and think about what I had learned I really wasn't that bad at spanish. My long term goal would be to be fluent in spanish but I don't see that happening with the fact that I don't live in a place where I can practice my spanish. You can learn and learn all you want but if you don't use it you will eventually forget it.
